Typical lead time is about a week after proof approval rush available. Timing varies by method, quantity, and season; we’ll confirm your ship date up front.
Do you offer low MOQs, sets, or packaging?

What art files should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for embroidery and patches. For prints/transfers, high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG/JPG works well. We can help clean up or convert artwork if needed.
How do I care for branded robes?
Machine wash cold with like colors; tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. For embroidered items, skip fabric softener on the first wash to help stitches set; for prints, avoid ironing directly on the decoration.
