Standard production is typically 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Rush options are available depending on product and quantity.
Absolutely. We offer tiered bulk pricing and can support ongoing programs for teams, hotels, med-spas, clubs, and corporate accounts. Send us your quantity and we’ll quote the best price break.
Yes. We send a digital proof/mockup for approval before we begin production, so you can confirm placement, sizing, and colors.
If production hasn’t started yet, we can usually make changes. Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. Contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best.
Yes. You’ll receive confirmation after approval and a shipping update once your order leaves our facility. For large orders, we can also provide milestone updates on request.
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. If production has started (or materials have been allocated), cancellation may not be available. Message us and we’ll confirm options right away.
Yes. Rush is subject to product type, decoration method, and current production capacity. If you have a deadline, tell us the date and we’ll recommend the best path.
