Your quick guide to designing, ordering, and caring for custom bags and totes with Towel+. If you don’t see your question here, our team is happy to help.
How do I add my logo to bags and totes?
Pick a bag style (canvas tote, drawstring, cooler, shopper, etc.), upload your artwork, and choose the print location(s). We’ll review your file, recommend the best decoration method for the fabric, and send a digital proof for approval before production.
What decoration methods does Towel+ offer for bags?
A range of finishes to match your look and budget:
- Screen printing – bold, durable spot-color prints; great value on cotton and non-woven bags.
- Embroidery – premium stitched logos that elevate canvas, polyester and backpacks.
- Heat transfer / DTF – full-color detail and gradients; ideal for smaller runs and multi-location art.
- Full-color sublimation – photo-quality edge-to-edge prints on white polyester panels.
- Patches & labels – woven/embroidered patches or leatherette badges stitched on for a retail feel.
Which method should I choose?
- Few solid colors & best value: Screen print.
- Premium/retail look: Embroidery or a stitched patch.
- Photographic or many colors: Heat transfer/DTF or Sublimation (polyester panels).
- Textured natural vibe: Embroidery on heavy canvas or jute.
Share your art and quantity and we’ll confirm the best method for your fabric and deadline.
What materials and sizes are available?
Popular materials include cotton canvas (6–12oz), recycled cotton, non-woven polypropylene, jute, and polyester/nylon (including insulated cooler bags). Common tote sizes range from everyday shoppers (~15"×16") to large gusseted totes (up to 22" wide). Options include gussets, zippers, inside pockets and long/short handles.
How long does production take?
Standard production is typically about a week after proof approval rush available. Timing varies by method, quantity and season; we’ll confirm ship dates up front.
Do you offer low MOQs and rush orders?
Yes—Towel+ is known for low MOQs and fast turnarounds. Tell us your event date and we’ll plan the method and schedule to hit it.
What file types work best?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for screen print and embroidery. For full-color transfers or sublimation, provide a high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG/JPG at final size. Need help? We can assist with clean-ups or conversions.
How should custom bags & totes be cared for?
Spot clean when possible. For cotton canvas, wash cold on gentle and hang to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat on decorated areas. Do not iron directly over prints or patches.
What affects pricing?
Quantity, material/weight, bag size and features (gusset, zipper, pockets), decoration method, number of print colors and locations, and turnaround speed. Send your art and quantity—we’ll quote the most efficient option.
Can I see a proof or sample first?
Absolutely. Every order receives a free digital proof prior to production. Physical samples are available on request (method-dependent).
