How long does production take?
Typical lead time is about a week after proof approval rush available. Timing depends on method, quantity, and season; we’ll confirm your ship date up front.
Do you offer low MOQs, kitting, or gift packaging?
Towel+ supports low MOQs and can kit blankets with cards or accessories. Packaging options include rolled with ribbon, belly bands, mailer boxes, or retail-style gift boxes.
What art files should I send?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal for embroidery, patches, and screen print. For sublimation, provide a high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG/JPG at final size. We can help with clean-ups or conversions.
How do I care for branded blankets?
Machine wash cold with like colors; tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Do not iron directly on decoration; for patches, avoid high heat. Sherpa: wash inside-out and avoid fabric softener on first wash.
